My 9-year-old finished three bracelets in one sitting and immediately asked for more bands. The loom holds tension well, so the loops don't pop off mid-weave like they did on her old one. Instructions were clear enough that she barely needed my help.
The rubber bands come in so many shades that my niece spent twenty minutes just sorting them before she even started looming. Instructions were clear enough that she figured out the basic weave on her own, and now she's cranking out bracelets for her whole class.
My daughter finished her first bracelet in about ten minutes thanks to the step-by-step instructions, and now she's cranking out custom color combos for her whole friend group. The rubber bands hold up well and don't snap while she's looping them, which was my main worry.
